Housing Litigation Lawyer - Temporary Role

Location: London (office attendance once per week)

Hours: 35 per week / Temporary Contract

Rate: £50,960 per year equivalent

Are you a solicitor, barrister, or chartered legal executive with experience in housing litigation? We're looking for a talented lawyer to join a dynamic legal team, handling a wide range of housing management matters, including:

• Housing possession proceedings
• Anti-social behaviour injunctions
• Housing disrepair claims
• Homelessness-related cases

This is your chance to manage a complex and varied caseload, draft legal documents, and represent clients in court proceedings. You'll be providing high-quality, pragmatic legal advice, while working with a supportive and forward-thinking team.

What you'll need:

• Strong experience in housing litigation, including drafting and advocacy
• Knowledge of housing law, tenancy law, and related legislation
• Ability to manage a complex caseload and work under pressure
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience supervising junior staff is desirable
