Housing Ombudsman Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking two Housing Ombudsman Compliance Coordinators for an ongoing temporary assignment with a housing association. This role is crucial for managing and coordinating all requests for information received from the Housing Ombudsman Service, ensuring compliance with the Housing Ombudsman Complaints Handling Code and delivering high-quality service.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and coordinate all information requests from the Housing Ombudsman Service, ensuring accurate information is gathered and submitted within deadlines.
- Oversee emails received from the Housing Ombudsman into the shared mailbox, ensuring all requests and queries are answered and resolved promptly.
- Support compliance with the Housing Ombudsman Complaints Handling Code.
- Provide dedicated focus on delivering the highest quality service to both the Housing Ombudsman and our residents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in compliance coordination, preferably within a housing association or similar environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in managing a shared mailbox and handling official correspondence.
