Hotel Food and Beverage Manager - Chelsea
This position oversees the overall management of specific food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, room service, and the coffee/deli shop.
Responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating outlet operations; ensuring the department runs efficiently; and staffing, training, and scheduling employees to deliver high-quality service that exceeds guest expectations and hotel standards in a friendly, professional manner.
Experience in branded hotel food service management is required.
Thorough knowledge of all aspects related to managing upscale food service operations, including wine and wine service,
is essential. A minimum of five years of progressive management experience in a hotel-quality food service operation is required, preferably in a hotel with over 200 rooms and hotel responsibility.
Ability to develop and maintain effective operating and control processes to maximize efficiency while meeting guest satisfaction standards.
Strong management, leadership, organizational, and communication skills
are essential. Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
A stable work history is necessary.
