Hospitality Technician

We are looking for an enthusiastic Hospitality Technician with excellent teamwork skills to support their catering team.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide daily support to the catering team.
- Supervise and assist students in the catering kitchen.
- Prepare ingredients for cooking and presentation.
- Maintain stock levels and keep an up-to-date inventory of equipment.
- Assist teaching staff with practical demonstrations.
- Help students plan and execute 'Theme Days' and other special events.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the kitchen.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified to Level 2 in Catering/Hospitality.
- Experience working in a professional kitchen environment.
- Skilled in stock control and familiar with health and safety legislation.
- Current certification in health and safety, or willingness to renew.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, capable of working effectively with staff, students, and the public.
