• Provide daily support to the catering team.
• Supervise and assist students in the catering kitchen.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking and presentation.
• Maintain stock levels and keep an up-to-date inventory of equipment.
• Assist teaching staff with practical demonstrations.
• Help students plan and execute 'Theme Days' and other special events.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the kitchen.

• Qualified to Level 2 in Catering/Hospitality.
• Experience working in a professional kitchen environment.
• Skilled in stock control and familiar with health and safety legislation.
• Current certification in health and safety, or willingness to renew.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills, capable of working effectively with staff, students, and the public.
