Job Description :

We are currently working in partnership with one of the UK's leading local sports clubs. The role is for a Clubhouse Manager to lead the bar, events and community hub to the highest possible standard. You will be working weekends and outside of normal working hours.

As the Club House Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the non-playing activities, ensuring our club remains the go-to destination for both the members and the broader community.

Your role will encompass:

- Leadership over the bar, catering services, and clubhouse maintenance.

- Orchestrating memorable events, from commercial bookings to their signature annual events, bringing together thousands from the local community.

- Spearheading continuous improvement efforts to enhance our club's offerings and reach.

**Requirements:**

- 5+ years of leadership experience in sports club management, hospitality, or related fields.

- A valid driving license, personal transport, and insurance.

- A personal bar license (or the ability to obtain one) and willingness to undergo DBS checks and first-aid training.

Salary : 35000 - 37000
