Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management, ideally in a care home, hotel, or similar environment
• Strong communication, motivational, and organisational skills
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies, including health & safety and employment law
• Ability to engage regularly with residents and families
• Reliable, hands-on, and passionate about delivering exceptional service

The Role

You will oversee all aspects of hospitality within the care home, ensuring residents receive an outstanding, personalised experience. You will:

• Lead food service operations, collaborating with chefs to deliver high-quality meals
• Oversee housekeeping and maintenance to maintain a welcoming environment
• Develop and manage engaging activities for residents
• Support and manage hospitality staff, including training and development
• Manage budgets, monitor costs, and ensure efficient operations
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
• Maintain high standards of service and first impressions
