About the Role:

As a Remote Residential Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. You’ll join a supportive team that leverages the latest conveyancing technology to ensure seamless, efficient processes and optimal client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling a high-volume caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
• Managing files from instruction to post-completion with minimal supervision
• Maintaining clear communication with clients, agents and other stakeholders
• Meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality service under pressure

Skills & Experience:

Essential:

• Solid experience managing a full caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines efficiently
