We are seeking a dedicated leader to take on the management of a well-established care service, ensuring residents receive the best possible support in a safe, compassionate, and professional environment.The RoleAs Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, leading and developing the care team, and ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered. You will play a key role in driving the home’s vision and strategy, maintaining compliance with regulations, and ensuring operational and financial efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the home, ensuring safe and effective delivery of care.
• Lead, motivate, and support the staff team to achieve excellence.
• Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and the Health and Social Care Act.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.
• Ensure effective financial management, budgeting, and occupancy levels.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for both residents and staff.

About You:

• A qualified Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD) with an active NMC PIN – essential.
• Minimum of 2 years’ management experience in a care home or similar healthcare setting.
• Proven ability to work with service users with complex healthcare needs.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound clinical knowledge and understanding of care assessments.
• Financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and resources.
• Resilient, highly motivated, and passionate about delivering outstanding care.
