Home Based Sales Development Representative, Manufacturing, FMCG, £40,000 Basic, £55,000 OTE. In the role of Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be working for a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging solutions. The company serves a variety of industries, including retailers' private label products, as well as the food, beverage, fast food, and convenience store sectors.
This position focuses on proactive lead generation, where your primary responsibility will be to create new business opportunities by scheduling appointments for the National Account Managers. You will be tasked with prospecting and researching potential customers, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and assisting the account managers in arranging initial meetings.
Candidates should have prior experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector or with a product manufacturer, along with a background in selling solutions to senior decision-makers. You will report directly to the Group Sales and Marketing Director.
This is a career role that will lead to a field-based National Account Management role, based upon success.
