to £60,000 + bonus
We’re working with a well-established, international insurance broker with a long-standing reputation in the High Net Worth (HNW) market. Their Guildford-based Private Clients team is looking to appoint a personable and commercially astute HNW Account Executive to manage and grow a high-value portfolio.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving, social team with a clear succession path toward UHNW broking or leadership. The book is well-run, high-retention, and growing steadily year-on-year.What You’ll Be Doing:Managing an allocated portfolio of clients - the income will depend on your technical exportise as a broker (£180k-£250k income depending on experience)Handling all aspects of the account including renewals, MTAs, and new businessProvide bespoke cover across home, motor, fine art, jewellery, and high-value collectionsMeet clients face-to-face and broker your own risks to market (Hiscox, Chubb, Zurich, Aviva, and others)Contribute to team growth targets and exceptional service standardsWhat They’re Looking For:Experience in personal lines or HNW insurance (account handler or executive level)A confident, engaging communicator - someone who builds rapport with easeIdeally Cert CII qualified (or working towards)A team player who enjoys a sociable, collaborative cultureWhy Apply?Bonus paid monthly (based on retention and new business performance)Strong team culture - regular socials and quarterly awardsClear development into senior broking or leadership rolesHybrid working with excellent flexibilityIf you’re looking for a long-term move in the HNW broking space with great earning potential and a forward-thinking team, we’d love to hear from you.
