Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, working closely with both teachers and pupils to ensure the delivery of outstanding education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to teachers in planning, delivering, and assessing lessons.
  • Lead small group interventions to support pupils' learning and development.
  • Assist with the management of classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
  • Undertake administrative tasks to support teaching and learning activities.
  • Contribute to the creation of a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Level 4 or above Teaching Assistant certification.
  • Previous experience working in primary schools is essential.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to work hard and go the extra mile.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children.
