Your Role

• Support learning, teaching, and student progress across various subjects
• Plan and lead small group or whole-class teaching activities (under supervision)
• Work closely with teachers to develop engaging lesson strategies
• Provide targeted support to students with additional learning needs

Responsibilities

• Assist in lesson planning and resource preparation
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Support students in developing confidence and academic skills

What You Need

• Minimum two years’ experience working with children in an education setting
• GCSEs (Grade 4 or above) in English and Maths
• HLTA qualification or willingness to complete the HLTA Training Course
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
