• Annual Salary: £26,228.16 - £29,158.39 (FTE); Actual: £22,434 - £24,940.34, plus Allowances of £1,613.78

This amazing and team work orientated Academy, are looking to recruit a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to play a pivotal role in their educational team. This position is set to begin in September and is ideal for someone who is passionate about enhancing student learning and supporting teachers.

• Provide classroom support to teachers in delivering educational content and managing the classroom environment.
• Lead small group sessions and interventions under the direction of the classroom teacher.
• Assist in the planning and preparation of lessons and learning materials.
• Support the assessment of student progress and contribute to the development of individual education plans.
• Facilitate a positive learning environment and manage student behaviour to ensure a constructive classroom climate.
• Act as a mentor to students, providing emotional, social, and academic support.

• Level 3 or above
• Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role, with a track record of supporting higher-level classroom activities.
• Strong understanding of classroom management and lesson planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
