About the Role

As a Hire Controller, you’ll be at the heart of the business, supporting customers from initial enquiry to post-hire feedback. You’ll build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and help them get the most out of our products and services.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and website
• Managing orders from start to finish
• Upselling products and services using your product knowledge
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a sales or hire environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems
• Industry experience (construction/hire) is a bonus, but not essential
