Hire Controller - Profectus Recruitment : Job Details

Location: St Helens Merseyside (Onsite)The Role:Profectus are looking for an experienced Hire Desk Coordinator to join a market leading non-mechanical equipment client on a fully onsite basis in St Helens. This role offers the opportunity to engage with customer and client challenges, collaborate across teams, and contribute to maintaining and improving the company's outstanding customer service record.Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with customers and clients ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
• Oversee and maintain company standards, ensuring accuracy with all paperwork and procedures.
• Regularly engage with driving and warehouse teams to ensure all equipment required is available.
• Assist with telephone, email and face to face enquiries providing accurate information and advice.
• Ensure all Health & Safety policies are upheld.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience of working on a Hire Desk
• Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to dealing with enquiries.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with all customers.
• Full Driving Licence as site is not accessible via public transport.
