HGV Class 2 Refuse Driver - Lynx Employment Services Ltd : Job Details

We are recruiting for our client who are currently seeking, reliable and experienced Class 2 Drivers with tail lift experience to support service delivery across Hinckley for their refuse collection. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys a varied role and is confident driving larger vehicles.

The role is initially for 1 month

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving to planned collection locations

• Completing daily checks of the vehicle as per our driver operator handbook.

• Ensuring all paperwork is kept up to date and submitted daily

• Complying with all traffic laws and legislation including security and weight of load

• Supervising your team Ensuring that the carriageway is left in a clean condition and any spillages are cleaned up

Additional Info:

• This role involves working standard weekday hours of 46.15

• Must be flexible and able to travel locally to Hinkley

• Class C (Cat C) licence required and some previous driving experience needed. If

  you’re newly qualified, we also want to hear from you.

• Being a team player is key to ensuring the collections run smoothly with a can do attitude

  and strong time management skills required
