HGV Class 1 Driver - Qube recruitment : Job Details

Job Specification: Class 1 HGV Drivers - Temp to Perm (Days & Nights)

Positions Available:

• Class 1 Drivers - Days

£15.50 per hour

• Class 1 Drivers - Nights

£16.60 per hour

Job Details:

• Contract Type: Temp to Perm
• Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
• Occasional optional weekend overtime available
• Shift Length: Average 10-12 hours
• Workload: Typically 1 delivery and 1 collection per shift (maximum 2-3)

Key Information:

• Start Times: Flexibility required — however, night rate will be paid if assigned a shift outside standard night hours
• PPE Required: Hard hat, high-vis vest, gloves preferred
• Cab Cameras: AI Cameras fitted — strictly no smoking or mobile phone use in the cab

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
• Up-to-date CPC and Tacho Card
• Reliable, safety-conscious drivers with a professional attitude
• Comfortable with varying start times and longer shift lengths

Expected hours: 48 per week
