Helpdesk Co-ordinator

A good Helpdesk Co-ordinator is required for this responsible position which involves co-ordinating repair and maintenance requirements on behalf of housing tenants within the local area.

Some of your duties will include:

• Liaising extensively with tenants on the telephone in order to establish their requirements
• Setting up jobs to be completed on the computer system and preparing work sheets for completion
• Allocating work to be completed to a team of qualified tradespeople and outside Contractors
• Tracking jobs being completed from instigation stage through to successful completion
• Delivering regular performance reports and attending client meeting to provide updates on work in progress
• Maintaining computerised client database records and updating information when necessary
