My client is on the lookout for a keen and systematic Helpdesk Administrator to join their small but successful specialist property maintenance team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service. This role involves a variety of tasks including answering calls, responding to email enquiries, data inputting and providing general administrative support across the company.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Answering and responding to incoming calls and email enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Being the first point of contact for customers, providing them with prompt and reliable assistance.
  • Working directly with the operations manager to coordinate engineers, parts and equipment to maximise customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Scheduling reactive and help desk call outs, as well as opening and closing jobs.
  • Reviewing jobs received during the working day and allocating them accordingly to Engineers.
  • Processing purchase orders and invoices, issuing and closing planned and reactive maintenance visits, and inputting data.
  • Supporting the Office & Operations Manager in the administration and delivery of departmental objectives.
  • Attending to queries and providing general administration support.
  • Organising day-to-day work to ensure that all key tasks are fulfilled.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in a Help Desk role.
  • General administration experience.
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills and reliability.
  • PC literate with fast keyboard and typing skills.
  • Previous exposure to the industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Highly proficient in quality and error checking.
