Helpdesk Coordinator – Full-Time

Salary: £26,000 per annumLocation: Bromborough, Wirral

An established manufacturing company based in Bromborough, Wirral is seeking a full-time Helpdesk Coordinator to join its thriving Operations Department. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Operations Department.
  • Act as the first point of contact for helpdesk enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Undertake any other duties as requested by the Line Manager, consistent with the overall purpose of the role.
