We are currently seeking a skilled Heat Treatment Operator to join a leading manufacturer in Redditch. This is a permanent opportunity offering excellent training, development, and a supportive working environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Operating heat treatment furnaces and associated equipment.
• Loading and unloading components safely and efficiently.
• Following detailed work instructions, process sheets, and quality procedures.
• Monitoring temperature cycles, recording process data, and reporting anomalies.
• Supporting general manufacturing operations when required.
• Maintaining a clean, safe working area and adhering to health & safety guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Understanding of heat treatment or metal processing advantageous (training provided).
• Ability to read and follow written and diagrammatic instructions.
• A strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Flexibility and willingness to support across the team.
