Healthcare Team LeaderPay rate: £16 per hour flat rateShift Pattern: 40 hours per week - 34 hours on shift and 6 hours admin - 1:1 care across 8:00am - 20:00pm or 20:00pm - 8:00am.

Are you a compassionate and proactive individual with experience in Autism and Learning Disabilities? Do you have a background in team leadership within the healthcare or social care sector? We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to support an individual in Tamworth to lead a fulfilling, independent, and well-balanced life.
About the Role:
You will play a key role in supporting a vibrant individual with Autism and Learning Disabilities. They leads a busy lifestyle and have a passion for the outdoors, walking at National Trust sites, going to the gym, cinema trips, cooking, and eating out. They are very close to their family and values strong, supportive relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily support and companionship
Supporting budgeting and meal planning
Accompanying to activities, gym, cinema, and meals
Housekeeping support and encouraging independence
Leading rotas and overseeing day-to-day team coordination
Conducting payroll reconciliations and supervisions
Mentoring and role-modelling for support staff
Working sensitively around daily struggles, promoting well-being and stability
About You:
Previous experience in a Team Leader or Senior Support Worker role within the health or social care sector
Strong understanding and practical experience supporting individuals with Autism
Organised, empathetic, and a great communicator
Confident in managing rotas, budgets, and team supervisions
A team player with a passion for making a positive impact
