• Handling employment matters including TUPE, restructures, and HR strategy• Supporting clients through disciplinary issues, grievances, and tribunal claims• Working alongside colleagues in other departments to provide joined-up solutions• Helping shape the direction of the healthcare employment practice• Playing an active role in business development and sector engagement
