�? Education-Based Health Care Assistant – Supporting Children with Complex Needs �?

Are you a care worker with experience supporting children, especially those with learning disabilities or complex medical needs? Are you passionate about making a difference in a child’s daily life within an educational setting?

We’re recruiting for a Health Care Assistant to work 1:1 with a child in a school environment, providing both medical and emotional support. This is a temporary role with an immediate start, with the opportunity to apply for a permanent position once it opens.

?? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting a child with high medical needs and additional learning needs in a school setting
• Assisting with personal and intimate care
• Helping maintain a structured daily routine
• Working closely with school staff and healthcare professionals

? We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Experienced in care work with children or young people
• Compassionate, patient, and forward-thinking
• Comfortable with intimate care and medical support
• Knowledgeable in SEN (Special Educational Needs)
• Able to build trusting relationships with vulnerable individuals

?? Pay: £90 per day

?? Permanent salary to be discussed when the role becomes available

• You must have the right to work in the UK
• A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one is required
• Sponsorship is not available
