About the Role:We are seeking dedicated, compassionate Senior Carers and Care Assistants to provide exceptional support to our residents living with complex needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a well-established residential care home, delivering personalised care in a safe, respectful environment.

Working Hours & Benefits:

• Full-time, 36 hours per week

• 12-hour shifts (day and night) - flexible rotas available

• Paid breaks and statutory holiday entitlement

Salary:

• Senior Carer: £12.80-£13.00 per hour

• Care Assistant: £12.30- £12.50 per hour

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working in care, preferably with dementia, mental health, eating disorders, or physical disabilities

• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to care

• Ability to manage challenging behaviours effectively and sensitively

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Right to work in the UK

• Valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain
