Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated HSE Support Administrator to join our clients Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team. This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of documentation, reporting, and compliance, ensuring that our business adheres to both regulatory and internal safety standards.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Work under the guidance of the Head of SHEQ to achieve business objectives.
  • Assist in maintaining, updating, and controlling all SHEQ policies, procedures, records, and reports.
  • Prepare materials for audits and inspections to support the HSE team.
  • Monitor incident reports, follow up on corrective actions, and ensure processes are consistently followed.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Draft and proofread internal communications and documentation.
  • Manage timekeeping, communications, and statistical reporting.
  • Organise and schedule site safety and environmental meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Support Health & Safety and Environmental internal initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions, prepare materials, and issue certificates.
  • Maintain and update health, safety, and environmental content on the internal intranet and document systems.
  • Collaborate with site teams and senior leadership to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within an EHS field.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • A solid understanding of basic EHS principles and regulations.
