Salary: Ranging from £30,000 - £32,199 per annum.

Day-to-Day of the role:

• Deliver outstanding teaching and assessment in Levels 1-5 Health & Social Care.
• Set SMART targets to enable students to reach their potential.
• Monitor and track learner progress
• Use combined methods of practical, theoretical, and digital which will engage your learners

Requirements:

• Be able to work effectively with colleagues and management to achieve strategic and organisational objectives.
• Hold a vocational qualification at Level 3 or above
• Teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one
• Assessors award or be willing to work towards one
