• A relevant degree (e.g., Health and Social Care, Nursing, Social Work) or equivalent professional qualifications.
• A Relevant UK teaching qualification
• Demonstrable experience in teaching, preferably within further education or vocational settings.
• Up-to-date knowledge of health and social care practices, policies, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire students.
