This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring full compliance within a fast-paced and rewarding environment.  The Role   As the new HSE Advisor, you will be a vital part of the team, responsible for the implementation and management of the company's Document Management System (DMS). This isn't just a desk job—you'll be the champion of safety on the front lines, leading regular awareness talks, conducting thorough audits, and carrying out on-site inspections and reviews.Your core responsibilities will include:

• Implementing the Document Management System (DMS) and ensuring its effective use across the company.
• Conducting regular awareness talks, audits, and on-site inspections to ensure compliance.
• Promoting and upholding the Company HSEQ Policy at all times.
• Providing expert advice and support to staff on all HSEQ matters.

You must be an excellent communicator, capable of engaging with staff at all levels and inspiring a commitment to safety.Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Health and Safety role.
• Strong understanding of HSEQ policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A proactive and meticulous approach to your work.
• The ability to live within commuting distance of central Portsmouth, as this is a site-based position.

The Package   

• Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• Location: Central Portsmouth.
