Health and Risk Consultant - Alexander Lloyd : Job Details

Wea re currently working with an established Pension and EB firm who have an opening for an Employee Benefits Consultant to join their team from one of their nationwide offices on a hybrid basis. Working closely with the CRM (Client Relationship Manager), Senior Consultants and Service Head you will be involved in developing existing clients and in the acquisition of new business.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Day to day delivery of consultancy services to the client in the relevant areas, advising on the implementation and maintenance of employee benefit plans.
• To to develop and maintain knowledge and skills by undertaking and recording suitable continual professional development and training and competence.

This is a vital role within the Employer Consulting team and as such, expert knowledge of group risk and/or private medical insurance is required. You will also have experience of working closely with clients and be able to build good internal and external relationships.
