Headteachers PA | Immediate Paid Trial | Hackney, East London

Remedy Education are looking for an exciting Headteachers PA to support the senior Leadership Team with administration duties within the school. This fantastic Secondary school stands out as a beacon of excellence and inclusivity.

Role: Headteachers PA

Start: September 2025

Location: Hackney, East London

Contract: Full Time

Duration: Long Term

Hours: 08:30 - 16:00 (Monday to Friday)

Rate: £220 - £22 Per hour

Headteachers PA | About the School

Headteachers PA | Key Responsibilities

• Working with the Heads and PA's of the sites
• All administration including recording absences, overseeing distribution of school reports, return to work meetings, checking training & manage the academic timetable
• Taking minutes of meetings & arranging of meetings, venues, refreshments & special events

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal)
• Ability to deal with all internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in supporting a senior manager
• Ability to deal with all internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in supporting a senior manager
• Excellent IT skills - Google suite, Timetabling software, MIS School software
• Experience using SIMS
