• Location: Westminster
• Hours: Full time hours, 37.5 hours a week
• Start date: 15th April 2024 - Long term contract with a temp to perm opportunity
• Pay rate: £20 per hour

Overview:

Love Success is currently recruiting for a Headteachers PA with a DBS on the update service to work in an SEN School in Westminster on a full-time temp basis. This is a busy but rewarding role and we need someone who is adaptable, resilient, patient, and hard-working.

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of School
• Manage the Head's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
• Assist the CEO's EA to prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute relevant documents for weekly SLT Meetings (Deputise in absence of the EA)
• Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations for the Head
• Oversee general administrative functions for the entire school
• Communicate effectively with staff, parents, students, and other external agencies
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate matters as necessary on behalf of the Head
• Some assistance with student and staff data management, including enrolment and HR records
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office particularly Outlook
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Working with the EA to provide cover when necessary, as part of the Trust Team
