Head of Wealth - People First Personnel : Job Details

Base Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 uncapped bonus

Monday to Friday

We are a high-growth, specialist mortgage brokerage with a 100,000-strong client base, an unmatched referral network, and a bold plan to disrupt wealth advice accessibility.

Now we’re launching our new Wealth Management dept — and we need you to be the founding adviser. This is your chance to lead a brand-new division, working directly with the MD to define, deliver, and scale a proposition that’s built for volume, value, and long-term impact.

• £55,000 to £65,000 base salary

• Quilter Financial Planning – restricted advice model

• Deliver high-quality, compliant financial advice

• Build referral pathways with internal and external lead sources

• Develop processes, scripts and service journeys

• Recruit and mentor future advisers

• Lead the cultural and strategic direction of the division

• DipFA (or equivalent Level 4 qualification)

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in regulated advice

• Experience in a restricted or unrestricted proposition (Quilter preferred)

• Energy, ambition and operational capability
