Your Key Areas of Focus
- Cashflow & Treasury Management
- Maintain robust short- and long-term liquidity forecasts across a group of global entities
- Foster strong relationships with banking partners and oversee account structures
- Monitor and advise on currency movements and foreign exchange strategies
- Track investment returns and support wider financial planning activities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies
Receivables & Retail Finance
- Oversee end-to-end billing and collections for both commercial and retail operations
- Monitor receivables data to identify inefficiencies and resolve account issues
- Define and manage credit limits, ensuring exposure remains within acceptable risk levels
- Lead and coach the AR and retail finance teams to meet performance targets
- Implement initiatives to accelerate incoming cash and reduce debtor days
- Ensure accuracy through regular account reconciliations and reporting
About You
- Strong technical grounding in treasury, cash operations, and credit management
- Confident managing and developing finance teams in a hands-on leadership role
- A natural collaborator with sharp problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
- Advanced Excel capabilities (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas)
