Head of Treasury - Communicate Recruitment Solutions LTD : Job Details

We have been mandated with an exclusive search for a Head of Treasury on behalf of our client, a leading financial services business based in central London.

Offering a generous base salary of c.£120,000-£140,000 DOE and hybrid working 2-3 p/wonsite.

The ideal candidate will come into this role and take complete ownership of the already establish Treasury function in both a strategic and operational capacity.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the day-to-day management of cash operations
• Supervising the rest of the function and helping to develop them further
• Introducing new and maintaining pre-existing risk controls
• Working with regulatory compliance, e.g. ICARA/ILAAP/ICAAP
• Ensuring compliance in line with liquidity
• Designing and implementing new internal treasury governance policies

Requirements:

• AMCT AND/OR accounting qualification
• Degree level in a mathematics or accounting based subject
• People management exposure
• Experience leading a team within a Financial Services firm
• Experience with ICARA, ICAAP, or ILAAP and CASS Client Money
• Strong excel skills
