Typical responsibilities include:

• Scoping & scheduling of feature enhancements and product developments. 
• Understand the business goals and how they translate into application features. 
• Collaborate with the CTO and team to design, build, release & manage applications. 
• Delivery of all technology deployments on time and on budget. 
• Continual improvement and optimisation of internal capabilities.  
• Technical project management. 
• Day to day team management; monitoring, coaching & appraisals. 
• System resilience & security. 
• Assisting in research & development, board reporting, client, and industry facing activities.

 Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in a technology management role. 
• Experience in a scale-up organisation, agile and fast-paced environment. 
• Strong understanding of a range of technologies including NodeJS & MySQL. 
• Experience working with cloud based serverless applications, ideally using AWS.  
• Knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems and platforms using development tools.  
• Comfortable with agile methods such as Scrum.  
• Experience in building and supporting a SaaS platform. 

Ideal:

• Experience in fintech (Financial Technology) in a B2B capacity.
• Experience in open banking and open finance.
• Educated to Degree or equivalent.
