Head of Tax - Global Hedge Fund - Goodman Masson : Job Details

We are working with a global alternative investment fund manager to recruit a Tax Lead to join their well established finance function based in Central London. You will be responsible for the below:

• Responsible for all tax affairs of the business
• Management of company and fund tax compliance
• Responsible for fund structuring, strategy and advisory
• Managing relationships with outsourced service providers
• Providing international tax advice to the business

The role can be at Manager/ Senior Manager/ Director level depending on depth of experience.The ideal candidate will come from either another hedge fund, a private equity fund or a candidate from private practice who is experienced in fund tax structuring, compliance and advisory.
