Head of Supply Chain - The Advocate Group : Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Supply Chain team to ensure we always have food and drink in the right place at the right time with the lowest OPEX, and with minimum write off costs.

• Develop and improve S&OP and demand planning to achieve an accurate 18-month business forecast

• Maintain stock levels for high service and ability to respond to market opportunities, whilst minimising working capital

• Manage suppliers so that the supply OTIF performance is consistently as high as possible

• Build and maintain capacity within our supplier base to respond to market opportunities and to activate a disaster recovery plan

• Create and deliver an action plan to achieve BCorp accreditation, including resources required, obstacles to overcome, timeline and costings

• Align and streamline processes, removing nonvalue add tasks to enable easier, quicker and cheaper automation, and IT development.

You: 

• Proven Supply Chain leadership background.

• Proven ability to increase efficiency & effectiveness

• Best practice knowledge of S&OP and demand planning

• Supply Chain strategic planning expert

• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

• High levels of resilience and robustness
