What you'll doAs Head of Social Media, you’ll shape and execute a bold, data-driven strategy that brings our brand to life across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and beyond. You’ll:
- Lead the development of integrated paid and organic campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Oversee content creation that’s on-brand, on-trend, and platform-appropriate.
- Monitor sentiment and manage reputation, including crisis response and escalation protocols.
- Collaborate with PR, legal, and customer service teams to ensure consistent, responsive communication.
- Build and nurture a high-performing social media team.
- Use analytics to measure impact, optimise performance, and demonstrate ROI.
What you'll bring - Proven experience in a senior social media role, ideally in consumer-facing industries.
- Deep understanding of paid social strategy, influencer marketing, and community engagement.
- Expertise in social media tools like Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Meltwater, or Hootsuite.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A creative mindset with a sharp eye for visual storytelling and brand tone.
