The ClientThis is a unique opportunity to work with highly regarded business leaders, ensuring their vision and business growth comes to fruition.  You will work collaboratively and hands-on as the Head of Sales,  you will be responsible for creating the roadmap in this business, growing a team, CRM, winning new customers, supporting tenders, and building strong relationships with schools and local businesses from within Corporate Clothing, Workwear, School wear or Textiles.This is a critical role in driving their growth — create a strategy, combining sales, contracting, and account management with a focus on new customer acquisition, repeat orders, and upselling. The Role
  • Creating and delivering a strategy for success.
  • Building a team in the future.
  • Travelling across multiple sites in the UK
  • Driving new customer acquisition with schools, academies, and local businesses.
  • Leading and supporting tendering processes to secure school wear, corporate wear and workwear contracts.
  • Managing and growing relationships with existing customers.
  • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities across both divisions.
  • Tracking and reporting on growth performance (contracts, tenders, sales).
  • Coordinating with operations and marketing to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Acting as the main day-to-day contact for school and business partners.
The PersonYou’re ambitious, proactive, and commercially minded — ready to own growth responsibilities directly in a fast-paced start-up. You enjoy building relationships, winning new business, and turning contracts into long-term partnerships.
  • Ideally you will be from School Wear or Work Wear or Corporate Wear or Textiles B2B.
  • Worked with a business that has been a “Growth” journey, where you have played a pivotal part.
  • Working with business leaders in creating and executing a “go to market plan” for success.
  • Experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Confidence in engaging schools, academies, and/or local businesses.
  • A commercial mindset and the ability to hit sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Energy, adaptability, and resilience to succeed in a start-up environment.
  • Worked in sales, contracting, or account management, ideally with schools or SMEs. ???????
The Benefits
  • Salary: £60,000–£70,000 + Bonus
  • 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays
