Requirements:
Experience working in the healthcare industry is a must, preferably in sales
Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in commercial or sales leadership roles
Passion for Healthcare and XR: Enthusiastic about leveraging XR technology to revolutionize healthcare
Start-up culture oriented: Experience working within start-ups is highly advantageous
Location and Language Skills: Reside in The Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, or the UK, with fluency in the local language
Fluent in English
Responsibilities:
Building and executing global business strategy
Establishing large deals and long-lasting relationships with key hospitals
Leading a team of 5-15 business developers
Participating in various activities to achieve market leadership, including cold calling sessions, visiting key customers, attending meetings, and strategy sessions
Working closely with the founders and key individuals who have grown the company
