Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the permanent recruitment business across the region.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Hire, mentor and develop recruiters in your team
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in appropriate roles, while managing expectations and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
• Overseeing the complete recruitment cycle, including business development, candidate engagement, and successful placements.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Permanent recruitment experience and a background of growing a division.
• Team leadership skills
• Business Development, proven success in securing new business and expanding existing client relationships.
• Driven and Self-Motivated: A proactive, success-driven mindset.
• Confident and Personable: Engaging and approachable, with a great sense of humour.
• Driving License: Must hold a full driving license and have access to a car for regular client visits.
