Head of People OperationsManchester / Hybrid£70,000 per annumWe're looking for a passionate & enthusiastic Head of People Operations to join a leading technology centric organisation. This People team has had a real focus on building out the best offering possible and have now won multiple awards off the back of this, including Employee Engagement Strategy of the year in 2023 and in the top 100 UKs Most Loved Work places - just to name a few!You'd be coming in to take ownership over a small but dedicated team (3 direct reports) to continue that journey, ensuring that high standards continue to be achieved. Key Responsibilities: * To Lead, Inspire and continue to develop your team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, business focused People Operations * Provide guidance & support to your team to continue to foster that collaborative and supportive environment * Manage the part of your team that is responsible for Talent Acquisition & on boarding processes, overseeing recruitment strategies & initiatives to attract and retain top talent! * Supervise and support your People Advisor in administering payroll processes & systems accurately and punctually, ensuring compliance* Manage employee compensation & benefits programs. Including pay reviews, incentives etc * Manage and continue to develop strong relationships with 3rd parties* Ensure compliance & GDPR policies and procedures are adhered to and align with internal HR policies and practices* Lead the employee relations function, fostering positive employee relationships and resolving workplace conflicts* Acting as a strategic business partner to snr management and stakeholdersThis is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation where you will have full ownership and autonomy over People Operations moving forwards!We're looking for someone who has experience managing a team and is certified to CIPD level 5/7 at least. Ideally you'll have exposure to a fast paced environment (Tech, SaaS or MSP is desired).Outside of that we're very open to levels of experience, this could be a great opportunity for someone looking to take that step up!Based on the outskirts of Manchester this is a hybrid role so you do need to be a commutable distance.
