Contract Type: Permanent / Full Time

Salary: £55-£65k DOE

Start Date: September 2024, could also accommodate an earlier start.

I am looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Head of Maths to join my client within their close-knit team. The successful candidate will lead, manage and develop the Mathematics department, maximising student achievement and progress through a rigorous curriculum based on the science of learning.

You will be joining a department consisting of a team of subject specialists including experienced as well as early career and trainee teachers.

My client is a 11-16 academy based in Essex. Situated between the cities of Chelmsford and Colchester, the academy has 900 students on roll and benefits from excellent transport links to London which enables staff and young people to take full advantage of the wealth of opportunities that London provides
