Head of Marketing & Product - Elevation Recruitment Group : Job Details

Elevation are working with a growing manufacturing organisation in South Yorkshire that seek a Head of Marketing & Product (Office Based with International Travel required at times).

As Head of Marketing & Product you will be responsible for defining and delivering the strategy, whilst leading and inspiring a small but growing team. This will also include;

• Work closely with the sales, product, and other departments to align efforts.
• Ensure product and marketing facilitate internal and external opportunities and trends.
• Defining the product marketing strategy, product roadmap, features and success of new products.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets.
• Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, trade events, and traditional advertising.
• Keep track of how marketing efforts are performing and use data-driven analysis to reinforce your strategies and tactics.

We are seeking candidates with:

• Proven experience in a senior marketing / product marketing role, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and new product launches.
• Proven, leadership experience in creating effective, strong teams with the ability to inspire and motivate.
• Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Strategic and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• A creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Experience within the manufacturing sector.
• Ability to be office based and travel internationally as required
