THE ROLENow at an exciting point in their development they are looking for a Head of Marketing to come on board and take charge of all marketing initiatives, including social media, digital campaigns, advertising and creative projects. A broad role responsibilities include:

•          Overseeing all areas of the marketing department

•          Creating strategic plans to establish and enhance brand presence of the agency

•          Allocating resource to projects

•          Setting short and long term goals for the department

•          Designing branding, positioning and pricing strategies

•          Identify new opportunities to reach new market segments

•          Management and development of a small team

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have previous experience of working within a senior marketing role within the events industry and have proven experience of running successful marketing campaigns. Solid knowledge of web analytics is key and previous line management experience would be beneficial. Candidates must be able to access their London office location at least one day week.
