We’re looking for a visionary Head of Learning & Development to design and deliver a world-class L&D strategy that empowers our people and drives performance at every level.This is a brand-new role with the opportunity to make a lasting impact across a highly diverse, international workforce. You’ll be instrumental in building a learning strategy that supports leadership excellence, management capability, and continuous development.
Key Responsibilities; - Develop and implement a global L&D strategy aligned with business goals and cultural values
- Design and deliver leadership and management development programmes that build capability and confidence
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify learning needs and create impactful, scalable solutions
- Leverage digital learning platforms and data to drive engagement, accessibility, and effectiveness
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and growth across all levels of the organisation
- Build and lead a high-performing L&D team, championing innovation and best practice
This is an interim role for 6 months.

- Proven experience in designing and delivering L&D strategies in complex, global environments (essential)
- Expertise in leadership and management development
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- A passion for learning, innovation, and inclusion
- Experience working across diverse cultures and geographies
