REED HR have partnered with a fantastic organisation who are seeking a Learning & Growth Lead with a focus on Strategic Development to join a forward-thinking organisation. Day-to-day of the role:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy that aligns with the organisation's goals and addresses both team and individual learning needs.
- Lead the integration of core business values into all training initiatives, ensuring a values-driven approach across the organisation.
- Establish and maintain a learning skills framework applicable to all organisational levels.
- Build and manage a high-performing L&D team, nurturing in-house expertise.
- Ensure compliance with all training requirements as per organisational policies and procedures.
- Design and deliver innovative learning solutions that equip managers and leaders with essential skills.
- Manage the apprenticeship levy and optimise its utilisation across the company.
- Evaluate and govern external training to ensure consistency with internal standards.
- Implement diverse training delivery methods including in-person sessions, virtual classrooms, e-learning, and social learning platforms.
- Continuously improve the Learning Management System to enhance user engagement and learning pathways.
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness using key performance indicators and manage the L&D budget effectively.
- Develop and oversee coaching and mentoring frameworks to aid in team development.
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to create customised training programs that meet specific needs.
- Celebrate learning achievements within the organisation to boost motivation and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience leading an L&D team in a dynamic environment.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing effective learning programs.
- Familiarity with operating in a regulated or frequently audited environment.
- Strong experience in leadership development and digital learning solutions.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Skilled in managing a Learning Management System and creating engaging learning content.
- Excellent facilitation skills tailored to diverse groups.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse and interpret training data to inform strategic decisions.
