Head of Key AccountsEastleighFull Time / Permanent Dynamite Recruitment are proud to be working with a well-established business that grow through acquisitions UK wide.They are seeking someone to join the business to manage the Key Accounts department to manage a team of 50 - 60 heads at all different levels including team leaders.This role is very hands on whereby you will need to be customer focused, results driven, passionate about delivery and working in agreed customer SLA's and to ensure you have adaptable management styles to get the best out of your team.This role will include travelling when required to other offices around the country. The Role:· Build strong client relationships to ensure high retention and customer satisfaction· Analyse commercial data to identify trends, growth opportunities and any areas of risk· Oversee on the onboarding of large clients to ensure smooth transition· Collaborate with other areas of the business from FP&A teams, Service Managers, Commercial teams, Compliance and Customer Services· Recruit, train and coach line managers· Manage overall department performance· Get involved with acquisitions, identifying key accounts and TUPE teams· Deal with client escalations promptly, problem solving and ensuring that customer is satisfied with the outcomes Apply now or get in touch for more information! /
