CIPD qualified HR consultant with experience across in house and consultancy roles;Experience of running a team of junior to mid-level HR / employment associatesStrong track record of winning work and converting leadsClient ethos and the pursuit of excellence in service levelsExperience of using a tech platform to help improve the client experience within employment law sectorGood commercial acumen and ability to manage a budget / profit and lossExcellent presentation skillsSelf-starter seeking flexibility and a truly autonomous role The salary will be flexible for the ideal candidate
The role is Hybrid , but you must be based in the North-West of England
