Job Description :

Our client is looking to recruit a Head of HR with a specific focus on ER.

CIPD qualified HR consultant with experience across in house and consultancy roles;

Experience of running a team of junior to mid-level HR / employment associates

Strong track record of winning work and converting leads

Client ethos and the pursuit of excellence in service levels

Experience of using a tech platform to help improve the client experience within employment law sector

Good commercial acumen and ability to manage a budget / profit and loss

Excellent presentation skills

Self-starter seeking flexibility and a truly autonomous role

The salary will be flexible for the ideal candidate

The role is Hybrid , but you must be based in the North-West of England

Salary : 60000 - 80000
